I have to give Planet42 5 🌟 for their service when applying for finance, as well as the service when the vehicle breakdown. However when it comes to aftermarket problems they only get 1 🌟 from me and that is being generous! I bought a vehicle on 24 February 2024 and 6 months later it was still not registered in my name. I need to say that I phoned and send quite a few e-mails in this regard, only to receive a new permit. I then went in personally and the lady Claudia was very helpful and requested from management what to do and received a message back that the account must be cancelled. The vehicle was handed back 3 weeks later and the contract was cancelled. It was supposed to be with immediate effect however the contract ending date was made 28 February 2026. I have send many e-mails in this regard but never received any response from Planet42
