I don’t recommend Planet42 to anyone

Their communication is pure nonsense, you get assigned someone who’s responsible for your account. But whoever it is will never take an initiative to reach out and give you updates, the only time she calls you it’s after you’ve tried to contact the call center. also there is no direct line to the person handling your account time and gain you’ll be speaking to someone who’ll eventually tell you, “I will ask Binca to call you” which doesn’t happen until you have to reach out again.

I will never recommend Planet42 to anyone even my worst enemy.
