I bought a car BMW from their Menlyn dealership and drove it for 2 weeks

I bought a car BMW from their Menlyn dealership and drove it for 2 weeks. The bumper of the car was fastened with the cable ties and the engine does not have power with the warning sign-drive train. The car has now been at workshop for 4 weeks now. When I took the car to the workshop the workshop called their warranty - Motor Tech John and he gave them a go ahead of diagnosing and stripping but afterwards he said they not paying for that. Planet42 said they will pay it. It has been more than a week. I'm paying for the car I do not have.
