I am frustrated with the service I got from the Dealership

Good day, My name is Siphiwe Nxumalo. I bought a Polo 1.6 at Murvans Auto at Springs. I gave them R10 000.00 deposit.I only drove the vehicle less than a week and it broke down. I called the dealership and I was told that I must organise my own towing truck of which I did.i took the car to Bosch at Fourways. They have me a quote. The dealership Murvans decided to take the car and fix it. The car was taken to Springs in their workshop. I am frustrated because they told me that I must still pay R6500 at the end of the month. I am paying for the car that I do not use. I decided to change my banking details to avoid them from debiting. Regards, Siphiwe Nxumalo.
