Huge **** and horrible service STAY AWAY !!!

If I can give them a zero I would, from the staff to the business huge ****. Please stay away from Planet 42, they only rob you of money and super proud of it.

The car I bought from motor Man Nigel, broke from day one the car was in for repairs numerous times. The car broke again in September 2025 took it in didn't have it for 2 weeks, then broke again in October 2025 was in for repairs +-3 weeks The Car was then found un-economical to repair and the rental was cancelled with an email no way forward. They then kept threatening me to pay x1 car installment for a settlement letter.

I than made arrangements with the collection department this morning the debit order went off for the full amount, I called as I made an arrangement with them, the lady confirmed all is set. So, when I spoke to them this morning, they are telling me they can't reverse as the debit was still active, but I made arrangements, so they went against me arrangement and debited my account.

Horrible experience, PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!
