Horrific service

We have taken a chev aveo around last year August every 2 or 3 month the car breaks down and the saying it's petrol pump all the time leaving us without a car for weeks when u call the call center they put u on long holds and then when u finally get an agent they don't wanna listen to the issue however they wanna tell u what they wanna do tell me honestly is this the service we pay such high premiums for this is ridiculous the managers are always affaid of speaking to u a guy named Gavin and Bianca yoh not very nice people to deal with try calling and ask for a manager and see for urself the amount of drama u have to go threw I now canceled the contract cause this service doesn't match the high monthly installment when u in a situation they make it alot harder yet I explained to them my medical condition they have no empathy at all they can't even try to act as if they have empathy as for the cancelation department that's just another drama I hope url change or else url not gonna have any customers left
