HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER!

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied by the service delivery. I was debited R7999 instead of R1206.80 and I am not getting any reason for this. I requested the refund but I was told to wait for 21 days, why? It is not my fault! When I asked to speak to a superior I was told the management doesn't take inbound calls and they can't even give me their email address.

I regret doing the business with Planet42 it has been a nightmare!
