Harassment Over "Written-Off" Debt – Unacceptable Service

I am extremely frustrated with the service from Plan 42, where I am currently leasing my car. Despite their assurance that my outstanding debt had been written off—due to my car sitting at the mechanic for nearly 30 days—I continue to receive harassing calls claiming I owe money.

This is completely unacceptable. I have tried to address the matter, yet the calls persist, making it feel like harassment rather than a professional business interaction. If an agreement was made that the debt was cleared, why am I still being pursued for payment?

This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I am seriously considering canceling my contract.

I would strongly advise others to avoid dealing with Plan 42 to prevent similar frustration and unnecessary stress.

Sort this out, Plan 42! This is not how customers should be treated.
