I would like to share my experience with Planet 42 and Dealer buddy as their insurance company. I did have a problem before with both of them but it was resolve due to communication. The problem some of us the customers we must learn to follow up and keep on pushing them via emails because telephonically is just waist of time. Since i took the car from them on March 2024 i have 3 breakdown issues on my car and all was solved and happy. we just listen some people just doing the bad reviews just to damage the name of the company. To the consultants and management of Planet 42 please my concern is the sales person that make empty promises to the customers then after they just disappear. If the staff know how to handle their client everything will be good and client will be happy.
