Frustrated customer - planet42

Been trying to buy out the vehicle for the last couple of months, such a headache with no real customer support. The staff are unprofessional and poorly trained if not trained at all. It's like they choose people with no people skills or etiquette. And when you do get someone to actually help, the response time is dreadful.

Finally managed to get the buy out, I sent through the relevant proof of payment and supporting documents that was requested along with my delivery address. Absolutely no confirmation of receiving the documents from Planet42. I had to followup myself continuously, which I did today. The level of useless service and rude behavior from the person that I spoke to was shocking. They kept me hanging in the phone, not giving accurate information. She requested for delivery infomation which I had already sent via email as mentioned above, she refused to check the email that I had sent with this information. As this conversation was becoming frustrating, she became rude and refused to respond to me, in fact she was talking to someone in the background even when I kept asking what's her name so that I could report her. To be fair, no one calls for fun or because we enjoy to have a frustrating conversation. This needs to be addressed especially if you want to continue having customers.
