Frustrated and disappointed

I purchased a vehicle from planet 42 menlyn on the 15th December 2023, with the idea of no more car issues! Well to my disappointment I have not enjoyed the vehicle at all! From the 14th January 2024 the car has been at two mechanics! Currently sitting at the 2nd one! I get no feedback from planet 42, customer service is shocking but they very quick to take the installment! I have emailed,phoned and the response is zero! I'm on the verge of going legal with them! Vukani at customer service unfortunately never and I mean never gives me feedback! I'm truly disappointed at the way I have been treated and don't know where to turn! I have spent almost r5000 on bolt! Exhausted and frustrated, a car which was supposed to have brought me relief has instead brought me loss of income and major anxiety!

The interesting part of the whole story is I have offered and asked if I could take another car and do a new contract but was told a infact NO! The staff at menlyn refuse to assist in anyway! Candy dimitrov ***
