From happy to unhappy client
I never had a problem with the company from 2021 after getting my car, it got stuck once a few days after I got it and it was fixed fast. I started experiencing a problem this January when I was involved in an accident, I was charged 20k for access, car was written off and nothing was due to me and apparently there is no third party claim. I have been requesting to get a copy of my rental and insurance contract for weeks but I am not getting any response.

Ever since you said you are attending to the matter even now I haven't had any correspondence. I made several calls to the office with no answer, sent emails but still no response and I now really feel that Planet42 does not care about their clientele but money.
