Feel let down

My experience with planet42 started very simple and straight forward until i got to the dealership to collect the car. For the amount of money im paying i thought i was getting a decent car that wouldnt give me problems for at least 2 years considering wear and tear. But instead i got a car with high millage. Theres a small crack on the corner of the windscreen the bumper has a small hole balery noticeble the wheels are not balanced because the car vibrates and makes strange sounds. Yesterday i noticed a oil stain not sure where is the leak. When i spoke to the sales man he assured me that the car has just been served but it doesnt have a logbook. I wasnt even given courtesy petrol voucher that i was promised.... Needless to say im very disappointed with the car and it doesnt seem like the major issues will be sorted. Ive sent countless emails to the insurance but still no reply .Please contact me becauae i would like to change the car.
