Faulty car

No response from Planet 42, not sure what to rate. Received a car on the 5th May. 2022. There was a leak took the car back the following week. Again computer box gave up. Took the car back to their dealer.. Paid my first installment. Car not fixed still. Received a courtesy car. We are on 3rd Friday. We wanted to swap the car, but the dealer is not getting any reply fro. Planet 42. How is that fair to pay for something that it's not with you and what guarantees that it will be fine going forward. I communicated with big apple on their whatsapp line and dealer called them. No reply from Planet 42
