Faulty car and horrible service

Planet42 leased me a car that broke down after driving it four times. They partnered with the dealership and requested me to pay repairs even though they were aware that the dealership said they would repair out of goodwill. I am owed R6000 deposit that I paid. I have had no car for 2.5 months now. I am blamed for a vehicle with over 70000km which failed after driving it four times. I stated that I will not be paying installments and also pay repairs for a faulty car. According to them they are not subject to the consumer act and only the car is therefore they will not abide by it. They are now threatening me to pay R66000 to cancel the lease for a car that broke down within days. This is a 2015 model and there is no way that I am liable as the car was lease with a warranty. They refuse to give me a car in good order and want me to pay for the repairs.
