Faulty Car

Ity is s frustrating when you being treated like a fool, since last year been fighting with the guys from Planet 42 about the issues that i am facing with the car and they keep on promising that they will phone back with the feedback. I've been waiting for their call since Wednresday i did sent number of emails they don't respond. I might be not a very important customer but i am a paying customer and why should one beg for a customer service, this whole matter is affecting me mentaly. They will always tell you that we are currently discussing you matter with their manager and after that they keep quite and now one must complain again to get the same response when they phone. i feel like this was the worst mistake i've made made in mylife.
