Faulty Car

48 hours still waiting its a week since they responded and the worst is that they don't even bother to phone. They will only respond when you complain and they will sent an email apologizing for the delay and they after theykeep quite. They knew very well when they gave the car was not in good condition and now the car is uneconomically to fix then they want to cancel the contract and i liable for the cancellation fee but sorry that not my problem if they were transparent about the whole thing i don't think we will be in this situation. The worst part the lady by the name of Azraa she even told me what do i expect from the second hand car. She said i must wait for 48hrs and its a week still waiting for feedback, on the 25th they want to debit the account but they don't respect their customers.
