Fault

I'm very concerned about the approved amount from the insurance because they only approved R6999 from the original quote and they don't even explain the reason why. Now it clearly shows that Planet42 they didn't take the car for service before they gave it to me I mean I've been complaining about this car for a very long time. I had a Tyre burst only to find out that the wheel spanner that came with the car doesn't fit and my car was towed to the Autocentre only to find out that the nuts they don't fit on the spare wheel that came with the car. If the was serviced before it was given to me I need proof of what was done and when. Because if the service was done there's no way that the car can have so many issues. The quality control was not performed at all. Now I'm the one who is suffering.

Why should someone fight for a better service and guys I'm paying a lot of money to be treated this way.
