False information, name infringement

I'm really not happy regarding false information that you disclose on my credit record as per attachment. According to you I missed payments in December 2022 and January 2023 which is not true. Also, that I'm in arear with my account? Can't understand this as you do a debit order every month on my bank account, which can be forwarded to you

I see this as very personal and intimidating. Also is this information published on a network, no matter credit or not, and this is seen as name infringement.

This needs your urgent explanation and also explanation for the arrears as stipulated by you.

Under no circumstances will this be tolerated.
