False Credit Enquiry

I made an enquiry by them last year. I just checked my report a few minutes ago, I see a new enquiry added on my report. I've never enquired with them at all this year. That hard enquiry impacted my credit score heavily and I'm trying to fix my score. If someone from planet42 sees this, just please stop making false enquiries on my name, that's *****. And remove my details from your system.
