I'm so furious with Planet42 service I rented a car from them since last year October, when i was applying for the rental, the Agent from Bryanston Executive Cars Percy told me that when i want to cancel i would be liable for one-month rental payment (which i had no problem paying). last week i returned the vehicle and i received an email from D Nombasa advising that as per their vehicle agreement a termination by a renter is subject to a fee of up to 7 months rental payment. which according to her/him is R39 606.00 and they are prepared to offer me a settlement amount of R22 632 which is valid for a week. What nonsense is that I'm not gonna pay that amount. that was never communicated and even their other consultant T Refiloe confirmed that i need to pay 1-month rental payment.....
