False advertising and bad service
The company advertising is false what they said and do is not correct application is fast but paying to the dealer is the problem. I was supposed to have my car already but it is almost 3 weeks their WhatsApp is rediculous no one gets back to you they take nearly 2 weeks to reply to e-mails I will not recommend this company to nobody.

18 Aug 2023, 05:18Once again nearly 24hrs and after the consultant said she would get back to me yesterday again no reply no communication.
Their service is really up to **** this people really don't care about their clients and I am really shocked with their service now exactly 3 weeks back after I app**** for a car.
If I really new this I would have gone through the other dealership and would have had my car already and it would have been a brand new car and it would have been cheaper but I chose Planet42 because I could choose and had a variety but I was wrong and really feel like cancel my contract a.s.a.p I am fed up everytime it is something else and a different story nobody knows what is going on in their offices.
My opinion I won't suggest anybody to go to Planet42.
