Experience witk Planet 42 Menlyn Centre

We are treated very well. Vehicles shown to us was in fairly good condition. Test drive was in a small circle in the parking area. I was informed by the agent that the 1st six months the vehicle is on rental and if I am not happy it can be exchanged during this rental period I can exchange it. But this was not the correct info given to me. The vehicle got a gearbox problem and I want to exchange it but was refused. The vehicle now got to be viewed by a RMI registered workshop qouted for the repair and then be repaired throug the Buddy/Fleetguard policy.This will leave a week plus without transport and I cannot afford it. We are also informed that if we want to give the vehicle back I must pay the rental in full for the outstanding 5 months. So with the service I am happy but not with the after sales service
