EPIC FAIL ON CAR RENTAL / NONE RESPONSE FROM LANET42
AFTER HAVING SPOKEN TO PLANET 42 AND TOLD TO REPORT ANY MALFUNCTION OF THE CAR - I STILL GOT NO RESPONSE DESPITE MY EMAILS TO THEM. I DO NOT INTEND O HAVING MY CONSUMER RIGHTS TRAMPLED ON, NOT FOR A MINUTE!
