Empty promises

After lots of complains about communication and empty promises you did it again i wonder if must start shaming people and put there names on here of all empty promises

Im not sure why you make promises to call a client but and no one call back. And everytime its im sorry.. But you can't pick up the damn phone

and i'm still waiting for my call that she promised me at 14:00 if you cant keep n promise why make ..and please don't say sorry when you call i'm just over it.

Please be advised that as per the telephonic conversation we are awaiting the repair quote, engineering report and warranty authorization letter.
