Empty Promises
Lack of communication, false deadlines and empty promises.
I've been kept on a line regarding delivery and handover of my vehicle for more than 2 weeks. Another day filled with empty promises and no progress. Gerald is absolutely atrocious in handling customers. Unfortunately too late to walk away now. But definitely won't recommend
