Electrical issue on the car

May you please contact me today regarding the issue of the car thank you I will be waiting for your call because I said to the company I will take the car to Middleburg on Friday but due to the fact that the car when you start and turn on the light the is a smoke coming from the dashboard im scared of driving it because it might burn
