Efficiency

I app**** with planet42 and everything was sorted out debi check was done and contracts signed. I need to get the vehicle by tomorrow because i live 2.5 hours away from the dealer and im getting a ride with someone who is passing by the dealership. I called them to ask them if i can take delivery of the vehicle by this weekend and they said no problem, but still to this hour I am waiting for them to get back to me, my nerves are shot because if i miss this lift, i will have to take off work and use money that i dont have to get to the dealership to collect my car. Please can they be more efficient when it comes to client service.
