Easy approve ,terrible customer service ,

Please stay away from Planet42 , They finance you to buy car from register dealerships, problem starts when you buy a car which go into breakdown in that same week, not the dealership, not Planet42 or MotorVap will assist you with what ever issues you have., no phone numbers, available on whats app , but not active when you are available to chat. Poor customer service , reply via emails days after you have raised a complain. Only thing that is important to them is that they need the monthly payment ,but not fix the car, to held you responsible for 6 month panelty fees, This is how they make money, easy approved, but when you have issues they are not available to help.
