Driving a car with no Licence disk/Plates

My wife and I rented a car from planet 42 on the 14th March 2024. Henck was our sales person. We received a car with no license plate but a permit. We have been on 4 permits already and we cant get any assistance regarding the license plate and license disk. We have to remind them all the time that permit is a bout to expire. We get stopped all the time for driving a car without a license plate. Our sales person ignores us and does not follow up or give us updates. This is just pathetic.
