Double debit within 12 days and no reversal.

Early debit December 2023 - VERY EARLY! 11 December debit order run without authorization or communication. The signed contract is month end 30th. Literally every month they debit on the 25th. Not what i signed and *******. I refute the action and demand a reversal of the debit order and finally get told it will be processed. Then the next communication from them is that i should not worry now as they wont do another debit only in January. I dont want reassurance, i want my reversal that was done *******ly. Numerous emails and whatsapp messages as well as their online chat. ZERO ANSWER or reversal! So now my simple answer to this was change my banking account. They can come find the car and the money as it will not go to Planet42. Lets see how they feel with being treated in the same manner. Ball is in your court Planet42. Useless service.
