Don't use planet 42

Don't ever deal with them, when it comes to rent to own you are suppose to be able to cancel the contract and give the vehicle back.

I have canceled my contract on the 12th of Jan 2026 where they didn't reply to my emails. On the 9th I phoned them and the lady said that when I cancel the will end me the location to drop off the vehicle. She also said that if they pick up the vehicle 5 days before the debit order date that the last debit order will be 5 days later. After I phoned them again for a drop off location I was told the guy that does it is on leave "how is it the customer's fault"

I have now phoned them for the 5th time where I still don't have have a drop off location it's the 27th of Jan 2026. I was just told they will collect another debit order because they are not doing their job. I was more than willing to give the vehicle back on the 12th of Jan 2026 already.

When speaking to them they don't listen. I will be taking this further
