DON'T DEAL WITH PLANET42....WORST EVER

This company does not even deserve 1 star!! I bought my BMW X5 Nov 22, in the coming months I had to replace the power steering Pump, the alternator and battery and if the car stands for more than 1 day it didn't start. Then in April of 2023 my legs collapsed and I had to undergo a second back opperation, and could no longer even drive the car. As per contract I could give it back after 6 months and pay 1 months installment. I then started with the emails asking them to take the car back as I have been boarded and could not afford the car anymore. It lead to email on email on email, and all I got was threats and that the collection dep will come and collect (THEIR CAR ) as they keep stipulating it. I have sent them all correspondence on numerous occasions only to be ignored and just kept getting threats! So ointried paying some monies towards it even though I had no use for it. I have now had my 5th back opperation and I am still sitting with THEIR CAR and still receive threats if I dont pay. AND STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO COME AND COLLECT THEIR CAR. If anything I have fixed this car to a better state that what I have received it!! And still awaiting refunds on that money too. It is now March 2024 still THEIR CAR has not been collected. I CAN NOT DRIVE ORMAFFORD IT!!! Please come collect your car, you do have a tracker on it so please come collect it. And up untill today I have never received an invoice or statement and I have requested this on a few occasions And STOP PHONING THE NUMBER THAT BELONGS TO MY EX WIFE.
