Does Planet42 Still exist?

They do not respond to email or WhatsApp. I have been trying to reset my password for close to a year now. The link is not forthcoming.

My payment details have changed and want to update. No response or call from them.

They said they tried to call me but i only saw one missed call and wasn't even sure if it's from them.
