Do not take a contact with Planet42, Zero Professionalism, Baseless Promises

It’s been over 4months since I took a vehicle which broke down exactly after 2days nd to this day I am being taken from pillar to post. Few weeks ago I wrote a review on Hello Peter and someone from Planet42 named Ezra called me claiming they are sorry and will do everything in their power to help with my account. However the very same person would tell me “all calls are recorded bluh bluh bluh... and promise to return an call in 30minutes as she’s discussing with mngement” but you’ll never here from her gain some thing I experienced with their previous Rep Bianca. The last promise Ezra made was “management has agreed to give you a refund of one of your premiums, and will make sure that accounts department will process it by 11.03.2024”. To this day there’s nothing on the profile about a refund being processed and as if that’s the worst no one knows what’s happening with the vehicle as there are no updates on the profile. Their Agents just hang up on you after telling you, they’ll transfer your call, Zero professionalisms all you can get from them is Bunch of I don’t know and we’ll send a message to so and so to get back to you which never happens.
