DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PLANET42

I had a debit order date set with Planet42, it was accepted by planet42. This month I explained to them that the normal debit order date on the 10th as it was a Sunday must please be moved to the 11th. As that is the day my salary would be deposited. The 11th came the amount was debited SUCCESSFULLY. GUESS WHAT, they listed me everywhere as in arrears. Then I did a deep investigation to find out every month I had negative points on my credit score because of them saying I am a slow payer despite them debating me on the same day each month as per my arrangement with them.I HAVE PROOF OF THIS. I implore all South Africans to NOT SUPPORT PLANET42, THEY ARE AN EVIL ORGANIZATION. No consumer protection of any kind.
