DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH PLANET42
i am back again, unfortunately even after paying for a month's worth of subscription for a car i have never driven, having involved the ombudsman and trying to resolve this issue amicably, it looks like i will have to seek legal recourse
for anyone out there wanting a short term car solution - all i can say is that I have had an experience from hell - stay away !

14 Nov 2023, 16:46oh, I forgot to mention the brake failure - which I almost had a fatal accident and the fact that I explicitly asked for the contract to be cancelled - on email and was ignored. 4 months later I am told I owed monies. I am prepared for a legal fight - I will not be victimized as Planet42 continues sending me emails - but would not engage the Ombudsman on these issues, really!
