DO NOT DEAL WITH PLANET 42

Planet 42 deduct a R7200 from my account for a vehicle I don't have. Since I have "signed" a contract in July with Auto One in Goodwood I had a vehicle for only 1 day and all sorts of faults aroused. Deduction happened August and now again in September. August I receive a refund after waiting and phoning for 7days. When I phoned them regarding my refund of September I am send from pillar to post. Speaking to Sabrina, Lerato, Shirley, Lee and who knows who else. Now I receive an email stating that my contract will be cancelled and no refund is due because cancelations is one month rental...How the heck can I pay a cancelation of 1 month rental if I never had a usage of the vehicle for only 1 day. Planet 42 is total *******s.
