Dissatisfaction

I app**** for a car was successful was given the monthly installment and agreed to go from Cape town to Johannesburg when I arrived at the location the installment doubled and I had no way of getting back to Cape town, promises was made to email my contract up to this date I received nothing and I expressed my dissatisfaction with the price increase after being told that insurance fees and was not added to the installment when they called me IT WAS A FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY OF BEING SUCCESSFUL
