dissapointing accounting system and no follow up

can someone from planet42 please call me *** I wrote a review a week ago and received a response that I'll be contacted, I'm receiving emails and credit burea listings for an account that was closed and settled 2 years ago. I call and send emails to customer service/Ntsako V no avail. I have no complaints about the service I received as the car was worthy and came in handy at the time of need, paper work was proper however after all the positives I get this.
