DISPUTE OF CREATED A FALSE ACCOUNT BY PLANET42

Planet 42 is a car rental company which I have a contract with, so we had an agreement that they will reduce my vehicle rental from R9435 to R7577, but they never updated my status now it looks like I'm paying 2 vehicles whereas I only pay for 1 vehicle and it is violating my credit rights because I can't access anything because the score is too low because of that 9435 amount and it appears as active.

The reason I wanted a rental car was because I did not qualify for car financing then I opted to this while I'm busy paying off my debts. So now I picked up when trying to access funding to purchase the rental car that there is still no offer for me, so when I enquired the service providers that informed me that I'm overdebt. I drew the credit report and I picked it up that I have two accounts which appear there.

I feel like their Auditors are not doing their work and also the rental money is too high for a 2011 Chevroltet model because I checked the market, it's around 1500 per month but they intentionally blocked me so that I make them reach because they know I need the vehicle. All I'm asking is the removal from credit bureau and also they must account for lying and tanishing my name of not accessing the financial freedom.
