Disgusting service and *******

After reading reviews about this company, I now realize I should have done my research before engaging in business with them. My car had break problems less than 2 months, took it back to dealer where the breaks were skimmed. Not long after that the engine light went on, that's when my problems started. Took the car for diagnosis and it was found out that the DPF is the problem and it will cost approximately R40k to fix. Also that this was supposed to have been fixed before the car was sold, but clearly wasn't done. I was updating Planet42 all the time. I decided to change banks so that they don't debit my account as the car was now not drivable. They started threatening me instead of sorting the car. Eventually I asked to come tow the car and release me form the contract as it a breach form their side. They have now handed me over to debt collectors. I hope to save enough money so that I can appoint an attorney and take this to court. Thy want me to pay the remainder of the contract. I urge everyone to not do any business with Planet42.
