Disgruntled client

On the 30th of march 2025 I made an additional payment of 2500 into their account I spoke to phindile if the consultants collection department she said my request was logged and approved for a refund in 7 working days I need that money for urgent purpose I requested to speak to a senior she declined playing hide and laughing in the back ground. How savage these people towards customers and the idiot has a nerve to raise her voice on who the hell does she think she is we pay their salaries. 2nd Ive written to them wanting to know the total amount due for the vehicle no responds ? IV asked to debit from a Capitec account they still using a wrong bank account can someone please help make sense from this company 😠😠😠
