Disappointment with after service

I am very disappointed in Planet42 service. I paid for the car on the 24 May and have requested for the ownership papers to be sent to me I spoke a consultant on the 24 May to ask when will i receive the NaTis paper for the car and he mentioned that it will take a few weeks we are going 3 month now and no papers. I have rep**** to emails send to sending the all the information whoever no reply to my emails. I have send emails on 24-05-2023, 26-05-2023, 21-06-2023, 27-06-2023,05-06-2023 and the on 27-07-2023 Thandi Mahlangu sent me an email requesting for the documents they required to send me the ownership paper. I responded on the same day ask for acknowledgement of my email and we are on the 10-08-2023 no response to me email. This company has made double the car worth and yet they can not keep their part of the agreement .
