Disappointed with how accounts handled and no feedback on queries sent: misallocated/missed/no statements

The initial assistance was amazing. And came in time of need. My issue now down line is how accounts are run. 1) i can no longer log into my account and cannot reset it 2) i need a detailed statement- they keep sending me threating messages to fetch vehicle and i am overdue but i have payments missing 3) i don't get monthly statement

i have just resent this to every planet42 email i can find asking for assistance. maybe now they will mail be back
