Disappointed

Good evening I'm at my wits end with Planet42 my first time purchasing a vehicle was a terrible experience with the dealership Big Apple Motors they sold me a vehicle and promised to have all issues seen to and they didn't for these past few months I have been struggling and paying out of my pocket to have it fixed I have been emailing planet42 endlessly to try and make a arrangement that's possible they offered me a once off deal like they say which was impossible for me to do when requesting if it could be extended as I cannot lose the vehicle I was threatened with reposession They give people hope to have a vehicle then when one is going through some difficulty threats are made instead of finding solutions
