DEKRA failed

I have had the car for a month now temporary license has expired, received and email requesting me to take the vehicle for a roadworthy test and complete the license disc process, they will reimburse me. Car roadworthy failed because the car has so many faults on it namely steering rack, wheel alignment, brake system etc. and I’m expected to pay my first instalment of R9500 this month with a car that I don’t use. I’m really disappointed in Planet42 it’s their responsibility to rent cars that are roadworthy and have license plates on them but I have to struggle on their behalf and expected to honour my contract when it comes to payments
