De*****ed into a rent to buy without concent

I was interested in a car for R105000. I had a deposit of R60000. The dealer phoned me and said a company by name Planet 42 is willing to finanse the difference of R45000. I accepted. The day I went to fetch the car at the dealer I was already late for work and in a hurry. I told both salespersons(planet 42 and dealer) I am in a hurry and cant read everything now. They said the installment is R4500 /month. I was shocked and ask how can it be so high for only R45000. The dealer rep said it includes insuranse,tracker and service plan. I asked how many payments and the dealer rep said 15 months. The planet 42 guy just listened sitting at the same table. After 12 months payments( R54000) I stopped working because of health issues. I am 61y old. I knew the outstanding cant be much because I already payd R54000 on the R45000 loan. I asked for a settlement amount and to my shock it was R65000!!!! I couldnt believe it because that means my R54k plus my dep of R60k is already R114k. Only then I realize it was a rent to buy option and never a loan for R45k. That means my R114k plus the addisional R65k total up to R179000 in 1 year for a car that I was suppose to buy for R105000 and made a loan for only R45000. The dealer as well as planet 42 salepersons de*****ed me. The planet 42 guy didnt correct or say anything when they both new I thought it was a loan for R45000. The car is a 2005 BMW330i worth R67000 on trade or maybe R80000 if lucky. Now they tell me its for 5 years and not a loan!!!! I know I should have read the contract but I worked in Armed Response and couldnt be late that day. I have written numerous emails that its unacceptable and that I was de*****ed by making me understand it was a loan for R45k only. I stopped paying them and refused to give back the car. I told them I need a fair settlement on the R45k because as I understand my R60k was suppose to pay the dealer. The contract doesnt say how much is the tracker or the servise plan or the installment. Just R4500 a month for 5 years. They take weeks to respond and if they dont answer my questions or concerns. I asked to have a meeting with the CEO or senior manager and the salesperson together to state my case. They refuse and try to take my car ulawfully without a court order. I cant loose this car because Im not working anymore and this car is suppose to be my last car. What can I do to to show to these people I was de*****ed and are willing to pay a fair prize on the R45000. I never agreed on a rent to buy of R4500 a month for 5years. If I knew that I would never agreed to it. Please help. This is my first time in my whole life that I was blind sided on this scale by ********* and dis-honnest matter. NB I only respond to emails because I want everything in writing,because I dont trust Planet 42
