De*****ed for the third time
This is the third time in 2025 I received a notification from my bank indicating that today you took R 5484 for a car I DO NOT OWN ANYMORE BECAUSE I PAID IT OFF IN FULL AND YOU GAVE ME A PAID-UP LETTER. Last month I had to fight with you to reverse back my R 5484 and it took you a very long time to pay me back. After you paid me back you informed me that you have permanently cancelled my debit order since I have honored our agreement!!!! Yet today you took a lot of money from me which is R 5484. I don't know if you are aware that one of your clients committed suicide because of the same thing you are doing to me!!! I have instalments and debts to pay today and it's the money you *****ULENTLY TOOK FROM ME TODAY AGAIN!!!! It's a waste of time and energy to fight for my money again and again despite you providing me with my paid-up letter and claiming you permanently cancelled my debit order for good, yet you are still taking it!!! You are putting me in a financial risk with banks and lenders lately and this is the third time!!!!! Begging you is a waste of time as you tend to deliberately take a long time to pay back because I want money back today so that I can pay back those I OWE!!!!!! I want my money back today ASAP!!!!!

I don't understand the kind of games you are playing but you are messing with people's financial and emotional well-being as it is traumatizing. I hope nobody ever agree to associate themselves with Planet42 no matter how desperate you are. I need to pay for my children's school fees, yet my money is gone because of you. As we speak, I am struggling to make ends meet as this money is meant for my children's school fees, banks and lenders I owe. Currently, my credit status is dropping almost every month every time you *****ulently take money that doesn't belong to you.
A month ago Azraa from Planet 42 confirmed that they have cancelled any future debit orders in my name but to my surprise R 5484 was taken from me on 26th March 2025 again. You have put me in financial distress once again. You can't expect me to go around begging my money back every time I get paid. You are playing with someone's life. I did like to reiterate that due to the timespan it took for you to refund back my money, I had to open a loan to cover other outstanding debit orders and as result my credit status has dropped as such that I have become a high risk to lenders.
I don't even know if you really cancelled the unauthorized debit order (No evidence whatsoever to date) that you were supposed to cancel a long time ago in January 2025 in which we agreed on a paid-up letter that you provided me with until you started debiting me *****ulently. I am no longer convinced by your nature of business because come month end, you will start *****ing my money again to cover your own profits, overheads, expenses and other financial obligations using my money.
If it so happens that you *****ulently take my money again, I won't hesitate to open a case involving the ombudsman and visit your office because you have caused me financial distress by your unprofessional behavior of *****ing from people.
