Debit date very WRONG!!!!!

Really terrible business acumen. Two years in a row take your monies in December on the 10th of the month. This company has cause me so much stress it’s not even funny. I had a small procedure that I had to go get. On the 10th of December I had to borrow money in order to go for this procedure at the hospital. On the 11th of December planet42 prevented me from going for a medical procedure because they took the money I borrowed to have this procedure done urgently. They under absolutely NO circumstances were given authority to take this money that was *******ly taken out of my account on the 10th of the month when they are only authorised to deduct from my account on the 26th of the month. I have never defaulted with this amount for nearly 2 years now. I’m am seriously irritated with what planet 42 have caused for me this December. Please remove the debit order from my account to prevent this from happening again. Or I’ll change my card and only pay you via eft. I ideally don’t want to change my card but will happily do this so that planet 42 doesn’t control my money and the medical procedures I need to keep my health in check with. I still wasn’t able to do anything about this procedure today 9 days later as planet 42 ignores all form of communication. I have proof of the 6 days mails sent on ***. Thanks planet 42 for causing me this for my December. I will definitely not be giving any one of my friends your details. And many companies offer subscriptions to people who have bad debt. And I won’t have bad debt forever anyways. I do know you are a terrible company for *******ly taking money out of my account.
